add ajax.js and table.js

move codes for ajax from bcm.js to ajax.js.
modify modal.js to behave correctly in IE6.
add table.js to provide scrolling table.

note:
H.M. suggests to add summary rows for sub-total/total. It is a good idea.

video tag in SVG

今天看到一個令人興奮的網頁, 有人替 firefox 3 寫了一個補丁, 可以提供 video tag.
如果再和 SVG 一起使用, 就可以將 video object 旋轉, 再整合 javascript, 那就真是太炫了.
